I am a graduate of Northeastern Ohio Medical Universities who rented an apartment from Linda and Jeff when in Ohio for two years . I was attracted to the place because of the extremely low cost of rent, which included a furnished apartment, all the utilities including cable and internet, and a monitored parking area for my car. I had a great time at the apartment and would recommend it highly to other tenants. The landlords Linda and Jeff are wonderful, extremely accessible and went out of their way to make sure that I had absolutely no problems. My apartment had a study alcove next to the bedroom that provided an excellent and quiet study environment. The apartment was warm during the winters, cool during the summers, and a perfect place to relax after a busy day's work. A big reason for success for me was because I had a great place that I called home during my stay in Ohio. For the price and amenities, you just can't find a better place than Hawk apartments.

Convenient location, less than 10 min away from Akron City Hospital. Very quiet and safe location. Overall, great deal, as rent includes water, AC, heat, cable, and internet. I only pay electricity which usually comes out to about less than $12 a month. Lastly, landlords are very pleasant and are always quick to troubleshoot any small problems that may arise. Has been a great experience, would highly recommend to others, especially medical students/residents if nearby at Akron City or General.

I have never lived in a place that I could call home the way I consider Hawk House. I lived there for two years and would stay longer if possible. The rent is a BARGAIN! What the rent does not say it includes are two wonderful, caring landlords. Jeff and Linda are an invaluable asset to Hawk House who provide a personal touch that is very difficult to find in other housing establishments.
